ZR-64 Township is one of the four locked off cities under the NHI Act. A newly founded set of towns in early 1947, all traces of its planned layout and its name were lost in a wildfire from a nearby forest. It is merely referred to as ZR-64.

Under the NHI (Necessary Hidden Information) Act of 1947, ZR-64 Township is a residential district which was left completely abandoned, however it is easy to access but is surrounded by miles of fields.
